And I've fallen head-over-heels for a fictional character: Edward Cullen. He will cease to exist in the real world, but in my mind I hold onto that last shred of hope that he will exist some day.
Every once in a while I search for drawings and what-not of how people perceive Edward. And I have come to find that none of the deviations satisfy me. No actor is good enough. He either has the wrong eyes. The wrong jaw line. The wrong nose. The wrong smile. The wrong body. The wrong everything.
I believe that no drawing or painting could ever do his fictional self justice, not even if the great Leonardo DaVinci were alive today.
I constantly search for my own Edward Cullen... as cheesy, cliche, and entirely childish that may sound. He's out there, I know he is. I just have to find him.
And if you're my Edward Cullen: I'm searching.

“We live in illusion and the appearance of things. There is a reality. We are that reality. When you understand this, you see that you are nothing, and being nothing, you are everything. That is all.”
